Rs 28.82 billion set for 550,000 metric tons of fertilizer import

KATHMANDU, Dec 7: The government has clarified that tenders have already been called for the import of 465,000 metric tons of chemical fertilizer so far. For the current fiscal year, the government has set a target to import 550,000 metric tons of fertilizer and allocated a budget of Rs 28.82 billion for the purpose.
