Parliamentary role not effective- leader Rai

Kathmandu, Jan 17 : Presidnet of National Assembly Legislation Management Committee, Jayanti Devi Rai said Nepal has yet to institutionalize the parliamentary practice so it has caused trouble to address the issues of public concerns raised in the parliament.
