Qatar Expels Iranian Diplomatic Staff Declaring Them 'Unacceptable Persons' Amid Escalating Tensions

Doha. Qatar has declared the military and security affairs officers and their staff at the Iranian embassy in the country as 'unacceptable persons.' Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that this harsh decision was taken in response to repeated attacks by Iran, and they have been ordered to leave Qatar within 24 hours.

A statement issued by Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs read, 'Due to repeated attacks by Iran, the military and security affairs officers working at the Iranian embassy and all their subordinate staff have been declared 'unacceptable persons.'
