Jumla, Oct 12: A proposal has been forwarded to shift eight settlements identified as at high risk of disaster to safer places. Chairman duo of Sinja and Hima rural municipalities, Purna Prasad Dhital and Laxman Shahi, respectively, put this proposal in a meeting of the District Disaster Management Committee held today.
