Hilly regions affected by western winds; clear weather in plains

Kathmandu, November 1 — The country is experiencing partial to generally cloudy weather in the hilly regions due to the influence of western winds and local winds. Meanwhile, the remaining areas are seeing partial cloudiness with mostly clear conditions.

Today afternoon, partial to generally cloudy weather will persist in the hilly areas, including Koshi Province, while the rest of the country will have partial cloudiness with mostly clear weather. There is a possibility of light rain with thunderstorms in a few places of the hilly regions in Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. Additionally, there is a chance of light snowfall in a few areas of the high hilly and mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces.
