Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality to Host Inter-Municipality Volleyball Tournament in Gandaki Province

Kaski. Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality in Kaski is set to organize an inter-municipality Chairman's Cup Women's and Men's Volleyball Tournament across the municipalities of Gandaki Province. The tournament, organized by the Rural Municipality Sports Development Committee, will take place in Lahachok, the municipal center, from Chaitra 11 to 14, as stated by the Rural Municipality Chairman, Min Bahadur Gurung.

According to Chairman Gurung, the competition is being held with the objective of producing capable players needed for the nation from the local level. "Capable players needed for the country are produced from the municipality level. The competition will help in discovering talent and introducing them to the national level," he said.
