New Earthquake-Resistant Ward Office and Health Post Inaugurated in Myagdi's Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality

Myagdi. New buildings for the ward office and health post have been constructed in Mudi, Ward No. 4 of Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality, Myagdi. The Chairman of Dhaulagiri Rural Municipality, Prem Prasad Pun, and Vice-Chairperson Resham Punamagar inaugurated both buildings on Saturday. Both two-story buildings are earthquake-resistant and accessible for the disabled.

A total of NPR 17.4 million was spent on the construction of these buildings. The rural municipality stated that NPR 8.968 million was spent on the construction of the two-story, seven-room health post building. The ground floor of the health post houses the treatment area, medicine storage, administration, and health workers' offices. The first floor has two rooms designated as accommodation for health workers.
