Biratnagar Metropolis officials acquitted in graft case

A case was filed against them by the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority one and a half years ago for embezzling Rs 1.5 million.
On Thursday, the special court acquitted all the accused, including Indira Karki, former mayor, Ekdev Adhikari, former chief administrative officer, and Gopal Pokhrel, engineer of Biratnagar Metropolitan City, in a corruption case.
