KATHMANDU: Minister for Foreign Affairs, NP Saud, has said BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) offers huge markets and destinations for tourism as well as trade and investment opportunities within the region and beyond.
