Global IME Bank, Bank of Kathmandu sign final pact to merge

After the merger, the new bank named as Global IME BOK Limited will become Nepal’s largest commercial bank.
Global IME Bank Limited and Bank of Kathmandu (BOK) on Monday signed a final memorandum of understanding for a merger.
