Police arrested Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) chair Rabi Lamichhane on Friday evening from his residence in Budhanilakantha, Kathmandu following an order from the Butwal bench of the Tulsipur High Court to take him in custody in connection with a cooperatives fraud case.
