Nepal Police Club Crowned Champions at 5th Krishna Prasad Bhattarai Memorial National Karate Tournament

KATHMANDU. The Nepal Police Club has emerged as the team champion of the 5th Krishna Prasad Bhattarai Memorial National Karate Tournament. The Police secured the title after delivering an outstanding performance in the final rounds held on Sunday at the Karate Academy in Satdobato, Lalitpur.

The Police lifted the championship trophy by winning a total of 13 medals, including 7 gold, 3 silver, and 3 bronze. The departmental teams dominated the competition. The APF Club finished in second place with 6 gold, 3 silver, and 4 bronze medals, while the Tribhuvan Army Club secured third place with 4 gold, 6 silver, and 1 bronze medal. Athletes from all seven provinces and three departmental teams participated in the competition, which featured 17 categories.
