Inaruwa Municipality Launches Drive to Clear Highway Encroachments

Sunsari. The office of Inaruwa Municipality, which also serves as the district headquarters, has begun clearing encroached areas along the footpaths of the East-West Highway.

Inaruwa Municipality's Chief Administrative Officer, Dilli Niraula, stated that the municipality has started removing structures, construction materials, and shops built within the standards of the East-West Highway. He noted that the municipality's bulldozer was deployed after repeated notices to remove the encroachments were ignored.
