Dhading's Jwalamukhi Declared Nepal's First Clean and Hygienic Rural Municipality

Dhading. Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality in Dhading has been declared the country's first clean and hygienic rural municipality. By implementing the fundamental rights and strategic sanitation plans specified by the Constitution of Nepal 2072, Jwalamukhi has achieved this status.

Today, at a special event held in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality-4, Dhola, Speaker of the House of Representatives Dol Prasad Aryal declared Jwalamukhi as the nation's first clean and hygienic rural municipality. He praised the community for bringing a positive change in their mindset regarding sanitation and hygiene, successfully realizing the clean and hygienic village campaign.
