Beni Municipality Implements 10 Pride Projects with Over NPR 62 Million Budgeted for Infrastructure Development

Myagdi. Beni Municipality has implemented 10 pride projects in the current fiscal year 2082/83. Eight projects related to the construction of roads, tourism, health, agriculture, irrigation, buildings, and sports infrastructure, with a budget allocation of NPR 62.2 million, are operational, while two are in the contract signing phase.

Arjun Sharma, Chief Administrative Officer of Beni Municipality, informed that the Beni-Pulachaur-Todke road project, allocated a budget of NPR 18 million, has achieved 20 percent physical progress. This is the project with the highest budget allocation implemented by Beni Municipality in the current fiscal year. Under the Beni-Pulachaur-Todke road project, contracted by River Edge Engineering and Builders Pvt. Ltd. for NPR 12,151,200, the goal is to expand the road, construct drains, retaining walls, and pave the area in the Pulachaur region of Beni Municipality-5.
