Nepali Congress Assigns Deputy President Sharma Oversight of Provincial and Local Governments Amidst Alliance Scrutiny

Biratnagar. The Nepali Congress's Central Working Committee meeting held on Wednesday decided to assign Deputy President Bishwa Prakash Sharma the responsibility of overseeing provincial and local governments. According to Congress leaders, Sharma has also been tasked with conducting necessary studies, consultations, and proposals to formulate a viewpoint on whether to remain continuously involved in the provincial government or not.

'The responsibility for review, coordination, and necessary coordination for further effectiveness of the role of party representatives in the Provincial Parliamentary Party, Provincial Government, and local levels is provided to Deputy President Bishwa Prakash Sharma,' the decisions made by the Congress meeting stated.
