Major Highways Across Nepal Blocked Due to Landslides and Floods

Kathmandu. Major highways across the country have been blocked due to floods and landslides. According to the latest details released by the Nepal Police, all major highways in Rasuwa district and the Trishuli-Syafrubesi road section are completely shut due to floods.

Traffic has been completely stopped on the Prithvi Highway due to a large landslide at Krishna Bhir in Dhading, while only small vehicles are operating on one lane at Parewa Bhir on the same highway due to minor landslides.
