NA team reports successful expedition to Mt Everest

KATHMANDU, May 15: A 10-member team that includes five from the Nepali Army has successfully scaled Mt Everest today. The team climbed the peak under the Clean Mountain Campaign, 2023 launched by the NA. The campaign aims to collect waste from four peaks including Everest and Lhotse.

Team leader Lieutenant Kishore Adhikari, captain Bishnubal Rai, captain Dipendra Singh Khatri, lance corporal Kishore Jabegu and corporal Shankar Kunwar reached the top of the peak at 10: 05 am today, according to NA Directorate of Public Relations and Information.
