Nepal stops issuing permits for diploma and language courses abroad

Although the law banned such permissions since June 2016, the government was issuing “no objection certificates” until two weeks back.

The government has stopped issuing no objection certificates (NOC) to students planning to study diplomas or language courses abroad.
