Khotang, Nov 16: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Centre) and former prime minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" has said the November 20 election to House of Representatives and Provincial Assembly would serve as the referendum between those for protecting the republic and restoring the monarchy.
