Quake-damaged 56 school buildings reconstructed in Myagdi

Reconstruction of 56 school buildings damaged by the 2015 Gorkha earthquake in Myagdi district has been completed. The reconstruction drive took place five years ago.

Fifty damaged school buildings are under reconstruction and construction of 22 toilets and two drinking water projects has been completed, said Tularaj Chaulagain, chief of the district level project implementation unit (education) under the National Reconstruction Authority. Twenty eight toilets and 25 drinking water projects are under construction.
