CJ Rana demands ‘graceful exit’ as SC Justices stages protests for second day

KATHMANDU, November 1: Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra Shumsher JBR has demanded a ‘graceful exit’ as the Supreme Court (SC) justices staged protests for the second day on Monday.

Demanding the resignation of CJ Rana, Nepal Bar Association had staged a sit-in protest on Sunday as well. The agitating justices have been accusing CJ Rana of demanding a share in Cabinet, not implementing the report of Justice Hari Krishna Karki and defaming the Judiciary.
