Defense Secretary Sharma calls on Indian Army Chief Pande

KATHMANDU: Secretary of the Ministry of Defense Kiran Raj Sharma has held a meeting with the Chief of Indian Army General Manoj Pande.
Secretary Pandey, who is on a visit to India, met Indian Army Chief Pande on Tuesday.
