Flood Impact: 7,570 Households Affected, 1,344 Bodies Recovered

Kathmandu. It appears that 7,570 households in the area were affected by the floods in the Bhote Koshi and Trishuli rivers on Bhadra 10. According to the preliminary assessment conducted as part of the rapid damage and needs assessment, the government has stated that approximately 7,570 households were affected, impacting around 32,933 people.

Similarly, 48 government offices were affected, 55 kilometers of road, 37 motorable bridges, and 68 suspension bridges were damaged, according to an updated report on Bhote Koshi released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs today.
