CPN-UML Convenes Emergency Secretariat Meeting Following Ram Bahadur Thapa's Remarks

Kathmandu. The CPN-UML secretariat meeting is scheduled to be held today. The party called an emergency meeting following the remarks made by Acting Chairman and Parliamentary Party leader Ram Bahadur Thapa (Badal) during Thursday's House of Representatives session.

Vice-Chairman Bishnu Paudel expressed objection to Thapa's statement, stating that it would be discussed in the secretariat meeting. Vice-Chairman Gokarna Bista informed that the meeting has been called for Friday at 1:00 PM at the party office.
