Case against Balen Shah not on hearing list

KATHMANDU, April 18: The case against the Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City Balendra Shah (Balen) has been placed on the list not to be sent for hearing. The case which was presented before the solo bench of the acting Chief Justice Harikrishna Karki has not been included in the list of cases to be heard.

A writ was filed in the Supreme Court against Mayor Shah of Kathmandu Metropolitan City for not picking up the garbage of the country's main administrative center Singha Darbar and the President's office Sheetal Niwas.
