The Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police has been running an operation to arrest those accused of possessing fake academic certificates.
According to a highly-placed source, Nepali Congress (NC) lawmaker Sunil Sharma was arrested on Thursday as part of the operation, codenamed "Foxtrot Charlie".
