Four Arrested in Rautahat for Buying and Selling Stolen Goat

Rautahat. Four people have been arrested in Rautahat for allegedly being involved in the purchase and sale of a stolen goat in Katahariya market.

The arrested individuals include 20-year-old Mukesh Kumar Ram and 17-year-old Rupesh Ram from Katahariya Municipality-5, the goat buyer 18-year-old Samir Mansuri, and his partner 47-year-old Dinesh Das Baniya, according to the police.
