362 Bodies Found in Chitwan After Bhote Koshi Flood, DNA Collection Underway

Chitwan. Following the flood in Bhote Koshi of Rasuwa, the management of bodies found in Chitwan from the banks of the Trishuli and Narayani rivers, DNA sample collection, and identification are underway.

According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Chandra Bhushan Yadav of the District Police Office, 362 bodies have been found in Chitwan so far. Of these, 333 bodies have been managed, and 14 bodies have been handed over to relatives after identification.
