CHITWAN: The newly re-elected mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City in Chitwan district, Renu Dahal, has taken two major decisions since she assumed office for the second term — free drinking water up to 7,000 liters monthly per household and a daughter insurance scheme worth Rs 100,000.
