Nepal Handball Association President Pitambar Timsina Appointed to Asian Youth and School Handball Council

Kathmandu. Pitambar Timsina, President of the Nepal Handball Association, has been nominated as a council member of the Asian Youth and School Handball. The Asian Handball Federation has announced his appointment for a four-year term, spanning from 2025 to 2029.

In a letter signed by the Federation's Secretary General Mohammad Shafiq and Technical Director Jasim Al-Thayeb, it was expressed that Timsina's nomination is expected to contribute significantly to the development and expansion of youth and school-level handball in the Asian region. The Asian Youth and School Handball is considered a vital organ of the Asian Handball Federation.
