Chair Dahal rules out formation of socialist center

KATHMANDU: Chairperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has ruled out the possibility of the formation of socialist center at the moment. He, however, clarified that efforts were on to form a communist front in favor of changes for the upcoming elections.
