Nepal performs first sex change surgery

The TUTH team performed the surgery on a 25-year-old transgender woman from Janakpur, with help from an American doctor.
The Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital said it has successfully carried out a sex reaffirmation surgery at the hospital.
