Kathmandu July 12 : After the demise of Sita Dahal, the wife of Prime minister and CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Puspakamal Dahal Prachanda, their two daughters, Renu and Ganga Dahal, are overwhelmed with grief. The daughters are emotionally distressed at Norvic Hospital in Thapathali Kathmandu. After their mother’s passing on Wednesday morning, Dahal, including the Mayor of Bharatpur Metropolitan City, arrived in Kathmandu. As soon as she arrived at the airport, she became emotionally distressed. Similarly, Ganga, along with her sister Renu, also became emotionally distressed.

With tears in their eyes, the daughters cried out, “Mother…” and were inconsolable. After their daughters became overwhelmed with emotions, Prachanda, who was nearby, made efforts to console and support them. Prachanda himself became emotional and placed his hand on his daughters’ shoulders, saying, “Now, don’t worry… I am with you all…” as he tried to console them.
