Election countdown: 78 days to go for voting

Kathmandu, Dec 17: The Election Commission (EC) has made a new provision on use of flag during the election campaigning.

In the coming March 5 election to the House of Representatives (HoR), EC proposed a new provision in the election code of conduct, as per which, the political parties would not be allowed carrying more than 10 flags.
