Emergency time in HoR reduced to 2 minutes
KATHMANDU, Sept 9: The emergency time in the House of Representatives (HoR) has been reduced. Speaker Devraj Ghimire announced that two minutes will be allocated for lawmakers speaking during emergency time, starting from Monday.
