Kaski, Dec 17: Pokhara Metropolitan City (PMC), which was observing its establishment day on Fagun 27 of Nepali calendar till last year, has decided to mark it today (Poush 2).
The local level took the decision to change the establishment day and its observation after realizing the historical facts and evidences it found lately.
