Foggy weather in some places of hill and Terai

Kathmandu, Nov 28: The Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has said that there is a general influence of westerly wind in the country and the weather is partly cloudy in the hilly region and fair in the rest of the country. Weather is foggy in some places of the Tarai region and one or two places of the hilly region.
