Political disputes cannot be resolved by courts, says CPN-UML leader Baskota

Kathmandu. CPN-UML leader Gokul Baskota has stated that political disputes cannot be resolved through the courts. He made this claim while referring to the verdict regarding the official status dispute within the Nepali Congress.

Baskota wrote on social media: 'It is natural to go to court for justice in other disputes. However, political disputes cannot be resolved by political parties approaching the court. When the NCP united and then fell into conflict, they ran to the court; even after the court gave its verdict, they did not reconcile and shattered like glass.'
