Nepal Government to Implement Semi-Monthly Salary Payments for Civil Servants

Kathmandu. The government has decided to provide salary and allowances to civil servants on a semi-monthly basis moving forward.

The Ministry of Finance wrote a letter to the Office of the Comptroller General last Friday to inform them of this decision. Previously, salary and allowance benefits for civil servants were disbursed on a monthly basis after the month had concluded.
