JULY 14: The filing includes allegations women passengers "were kidnapped, sexually assaulted, sexually battered, raped, falsely imprisoned, stalked, harassed, or otherwise attacked by Uber drivers".
The case was filed at the San Francisco County Superior Court on Wednesday.
