Nepali Congress Disciplinary Committee Issues Show-Cause Notice to Purnabahadur Tamang

Kathmandu . The Nepali Congress Central Disciplinary Committee has issued a three-day show-cause notice to Purnabahadur Tamang (Kanchharam). The committee issued the notice on Monday.

‘As a person holding a responsible position like District President, you have disregarded your official decorum and made malicious, misleading, and baseless statements against the Nepali Congress party and its leadership. This action is a violation of discipline under Article 34, Sub-section 1 (a), (b), (c), (e), and (f) of the Nepali Congress Statute 2017 (with amendments). Therefore, it has been decided to seek a clarification within 3 (three) days as per Article 34, Sub-section 8 (d) of the Nepali Congress Statute 2017 (with amendments),’ stated the press release signed by committee secretary Dinesh Thapa Magar.
