Government Directs Public Agencies to Update Staff Details and Improve Responsiveness

Kathmandu. The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has directed all ministries, commissions, secretariats, provincial governments, and local levels across the country to update staff details on their websites and address service seeker grievances immediately.

According to a notice issued by the office on Wednesday, it has been noted that details of office heads, spokespersons, and information officers on public agency websites are outdated, and there is a growing number of complaints regarding unanswered office telephone and mobile calls.
