Butwal. Four sub-metropolitan cities in Lumbini Province have intensified preparations for their policies and programs and budget. According to Section 71 (10) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and Section 21 (3) of the Intergovernmental Fiscal Management Act, 2074, each local level is required to present the estimated revenue and expenditure (budget) to the local assembly by the 10th of Ashad of the fiscal year.
