Youth, Labour and Employment Minister Ramji Yadav States Existing Foreign Employment Act is Inadequate

Kathmandu. Youth, Labour and Employment Minister Ramji Yadav has stated that it is not possible to make foreign employment dignified by relying on the existing Foreign Employment Act. He said this on Wednesday while speaking in the discussion of the ministry's budget in the House of Representatives meeting.

He commented that the existing Foreign Employment Act is like a horse without reins. He said, 'The existing Foreign Employment Act is a horse without reins. It is not possible to make foreign employment dignified by relying on this act. According to the act, the employer can be controlled. The business of the entrepreneurs is controlled. The safety of the workers is strong.'
