Four from Same Family Fall Sick After Eating Poisonous Food in Triyuga Municipality

Udaypur. Four members of a single family have fallen ill due to poisonous food in Sadhana Tole, Triyuga Municipality-12, while one is in critical condition. According to local neighbor Radha Budhathoki of Sadhana Tole, 23-year-old Hema Budhathoki, her 5-year-old son Yogesh Budhathoki, and her sisters-in-law 14-year-old Yashoda and another 9-year-old Yasika Budhathoki fell ill due to poisonous food.

According to neighbor Radha Budhathoki, Hema Budhathoki had eaten food brought from the market, including masoor dal, at home on Saturday, and since Saturday night, symptoms of vomiting and unconsciousness appeared, leading relatives and neighbors to take all the sick family members to the district hospital for treatment, said Radha Budhathoki.
