Kathmandu. In the World Cup group stage match between Turkey and Paraguay, Paraguay's midfielder Miguel Almirón was given a red card.

In the 45 plus 3 minute of the game, during a dispute with Turkey's player Mert Müldür, Almirón was seen covering his mouth and saying something, after which the referee made a decision with the help of VAR. He was then given a direct red card.
