One-Day Yoga Practice Program Held in Lumbini on Eve of International Yoga Day

Bhairahawa. A one-day special yoga practice program has been completed in Lumbini on the eve of International Yoga Day. The program was organized today with the participation of the Embassy of India in Nepal and Swami Vivekananda Cultural Center, in collaboration with the Lumbini Development Trust.

Participants in the program collectively practiced various yogasanas and pranayama. The organizers stated that the program was organized with the objective of promoting physical, mental, and spiritual health through yoga.
