Sankhuwasabha Road Blocked by Landslide

Sankhuwasabha. The Khandbari-Kimathanka road section under the Koshi Highway has been obstructed due to a landslide in Sankhuwasabha. The road has been obstructed at Chhonrang in the Khandbari-Kimathanka section due to a landslide in Syabun of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality-3 of the North-South Koshi road section, the District Police Office has informed.

The acting police chief and police inspector of the office, Dhan Bahadur Rajbanshi, informed that the Khandbari-Kimathanka road section has been obstructed due to a landslide caused by continuous rain since last night. According to him, transportation services have been completely obstructed in the said area due to the landslide.
