Restricted Medicine Tramadol Recovered from Cargo Truck in Parsa

Kathmandu. Restricted medicine Tramadol has been recovered from a cargo truck coming from Birgunj in Parsa towards Kathmandu.

A team deployed from the District Police Office Parsa took the cargo truck numbered Ba.Pra. 03-001 Kha 3346 under control on suspicion of revenue evasion around 7 PM on Asar 8 and handed it over to the Revenue Investigation Office, Pathlaiya in Jitpursimra Sub-Metropolitan City-1 of Bara district.

During the inspection of the truck, 120,620 capsules of Tramadol were found and further investigation into the incident is underway.
